When can I place my order?

  • Orders are placed once per year following the scheduled fitting days. Your school will advise you of the order date well in advance. It is imperative you place your order on the specified order date to ensure your child receives their uniforms in time for the new school year. Limited stock is available throughout the school year for returns, exchanges and small orders only. Please see the uniform information distributed by your school for the order deadlines.

 

Where do I pick up my order?

  • Orders can be picked up at your school.  Please see the uniform information distributed by your school for pick up details.



When can my order be picked up?

  • Your order can be picked up at the school approximately 2 weeks after the order deadline date. Uniform pick-up dates will be scheduled by your school.

 

Can I have my order shipped to me?

  • Yes, simply complete the shipping details and your order will be sent directly to you. Shipping charges will apply.

 

Can I try the apparel on in advance?

  • There is a fitting day scheduled for your school once per year, where Envision will be on-site with all of the available styles for your child to try on. We strongly encourage you to attend this fitting day, as this is the only time throughout the year that uniform samples will be available at your school to try on. Your school will advise you of the fitting date well in advance.

 

What is the return policy?

  • Any unwashed, unworn items with tags on are returnable.  All final sale items are not returnable. Please see the uniform information distributed by your school for the return and exchange forms.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cheque, cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
